Staying on Hydra was like a dream and the Phaedra Hotel was such a beautiful place - a bit back from the port so very very quiet with beautiful little streets all around, possibility to walk up to the hills behind the town, very close to all the restaurants and shops. Hilda was so friendly, welcoming, helpful with lots of advice and support during our stay.

The traditionally built Achilleas Pension is located just 150 metres from Hydra Port and the rocky Spilia Beach. A flowery internal courtyard lies on site, while WiFi is offered in public areas.

In a great position, 5 mins from the port and restaurants. Lovely friendly owner. Nice large bathroom.We were lucky to have the terrace at the apartment all to ourselves.

Everything was perfect about this property! Number 1 advantage - it’s 4 min from the port and it’s NOT on the hill! omg, i was traveling with a heavy luggage and hydra stairs with the luggage would be a nightmare. My room was cosy, spotless clean, comfortable, with a lovely garden and mountain view. Bed was sooooo cosy?, i loved my mornings) And it’s quiet ! As a person who lives in hell of a Bali with terrible noise of bikes and cars all the time and everywhere, i enjoyed peace so much. Yannis is a lovely host, i could check in early and leave my luggage to spend few more hours on magical Hydra!

First of all do your self a favour and book this place, I don't know where to start, from the very warm welcome of Tatiana and Gregoris the owners, who really make you feel taken care of and treat you with family warmth making your holiday so special and touching. Or the view from the balcony that is out of this world!! You are almost inside the water, the closest you can ever get. The rooms are beautiful very warmly decorated with everything you need, great attention for details, towels and bedsheets are of great quality something that even high end hotel sometimes don't provide. You will find welcome treats pf fruits, juice, Coffee, tea, and snacks. Amazing stay in a beautiful island.

Everything exceeded our expectations, Katerina was amazing and very attentive, she was there anytime we needed anything, the two ladies at the house keeping department were amazing as well, the room was super clean and the lady that owns the place is very friendly and helpful! We had the best room of the hotel, the private balcony made everything even more outstanding, the view was just wonderful! The best choice in Hydra, we will be back for sure!
