What an amazing place to stay in Paros. Ricardo is an excellent host and the place has all the amenities you need. 10 steps from the front gate and you are in the sea. The terrace is the best part of the apartment. Would easily give Ricardo 12 out of 10.

“Spectacular location, practically on the beach, in a beautiful and peaceful bay. The studio is exactly as shown in the photos, clean and equipped with everything you need, and you can hear the sound of the sea in the background. First of all thanasis was the best host ever. He is so nice he welcomed us with cold water and good tips. Room is so close the port and all restaurants.

- beautiful room with comfortable beds, desk, refrigerator, bathroom, and even a little balcony overlooking the street - great location close to the port but not in the busiest part of the city, so it was very calm at night - a very kind owner who welcomed us personally even though we arrived very late after our ferry got delayed - easy communication as the owner always replied very quickly to messages
