The owner was very nice and accommodating. He wanted to make sure we were ok. He drew on a map how to get to the center and the ferry. The room was very clean and they came to clean it the next day as well! The facilities were working great and we could tell that the owner wanted to make everything work good and us be comfortable.

The location is perfect, nested on a quiet street, just a short walk from everything you need: the iconic center, shops, restaurants, and the beach. The room was clean, comfortable beds, equipped with all we needed. Eleni, the owner, a warm and welcoming person made sure we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Great house in a great location! The view was amazing and Richard (the owner) was such a warm and welcoming host, very responsive and so helpful in all our queries. The house has all the amenities someone would need and a large veranda to relax and sunbathe. It is only 20 steps from the sea, 100m from restaurants and shops and 12 mins walking from Paroikia centre (chora). We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Paros.

“Spectacular location, practically on the beach, in a beautiful and peaceful bay. The studio is exactly as shown in the photos, clean and equipped with everything you need, and you can hear the sound of the sea in the background. Rubini rooms is in a great location, actually in the city center. The beach is a few steps away. There are restaurants all around. The host is very friendly and helpful. She introduced us to the island and the places to visit and the possibilities of traveling around.

The property was in a quiet spot near the sea. Close to a beach and the central street full of restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helped with suggestions guiding us through the area of the island. The property was always clean, included nice amenities, and had hot water every time we showered. There were two public parkings close by for people with cars.
