The hostess was absolutely lovely! Very helpful with local knowledge. Wonderful at organizing ferry tickets, taxis and bus time tables. The rooms were clean, comfortable and in a wonderful quiet area halfway between new and old ports.

Perfect Location in the city centre and 5 minutes from the port. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Room had the essential for our stay (comfy bed, nice bathroom, hangers and fridge). Temperature was perfect (also had air-conditioning), lightning was also great. Little balcony to sit at night in the front was great. Cleaning was also perfect as they were tidying the room every day and you could ask to change sheets and towels whenever you liked.

The staff were very polite and friendly. Whenever we wanted something they were always very helpful. The room was exactly the same as shown to booking photos. The hotel was very close to port and centre just 10 minutes walk.
