It’s accessibility. Near a bus stop from the airport. There’s also a train station nearby. Mix of shops and restaurants for different budgets. Check in was quick and staff spoke good English. We were also given cold bottled water on arrival which was very much welcomed due to the heat. They also kept our luggages for us. Communication was clear prior to our arrival regarding directions to the place, so there was no struggle to find it at all. Size of the room was just right for 3 people, and everything worked fine.

The space is small, but nothing to worry everything is clean! You can place your luggage under your beds! The owner was very nice. He patiently waited for us to arrive past 10 pm. Taught us directions. Every day, the owner changed our sheets & towels! Feels like we're staying at the hotel! We're definitely coming back.

The location is the best, that's it. The size of the room is just a common thing in Hong Kong because of the lack of the land territory for this country, so just deal with it. Still, it was comfortable to be here just for overnight, because you have to explore Hong Kong, not just sit in the hotel the whole days.

Location is amazing. Next to Metro (MTR). Bed is very comfortable. Staff were very friiendly and accommodating. Theres water for free especially summer in HongKong is really hot and humid. AC in the room is comfortable cool enough. Bathroom inaide the room is very convenient and shower wxperience overall are satisfying as it ia always clean everyday. Lift access every floors are super convenient. Best part is refreshment after check out day is best. Ms.Pesh, in the reception was amazing in ensuring our comfort. She recommends area for freshen up after check out and ensure we were able to get into that floor. We took shower on check out day in late afternoon and return towels after freshen up. Toiletteries and slippers are provided which makes it even more convenient. The refreshement floor is interesting and comfoetable. SUPER. LOVE IT TO THE MAX.

Location was amazing, easy access to metro, good retail facilities nearby. Clean rooms with all basic amenities (e.g., 24x7 hot water, TV, hair dryer etc.), common water filling station and microwave provided. Mr. Sonu and Mr. Sam were extremely helpful throughout our stay from providing help with requirements in the room to information on where and how to navigate Hong Kong. Overall great experience.
