Conveniently located. Ajit was kind and helpful and the room, while you know what you get in these mansions, was clean and had AC. Toilet was small but enough.

Good location and friendly and accommodating staff. I accidentally booked a day earlier than I meant to and even though it says non refundable/modifications, they changed the dates for me without cost. Also arrived at 9am to store luggage before checking in at 2pm and was allowed to check in straight away/go to bed straight away !

I stayed at all three branches (Harilela, Burlington, and Haiphon). Harilela and Burlington were absolutely fantastic. Clean, quiet, and well-appointed. There was a fridge and hot water inside the room, and a microwave in the common area. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was very good. The Haipon branch was not as good though; a little bit more noise from other guests and the bathroom not as good. It was still good though, just not as good as the other two branches.

It was exactly as described! Small room to be expected but there was still some room left over to place my suitcase and move around. The staff were really lovely and there was a water cooler to get filtered water! Also my room had Netflix I could log in to and great facilities with a kettle!
