This is an AWESOME place! A little oasis, very close to one of the little harbours where the boats for Menjangan Island leave from. We had booked a daytrip from Lovina to do the snorkeling, but instead of going back to Lovina afterwards, we had decided to book 3 rooms here for our group of 3. We were thinking of going for a hike in the NP the next day. And boy, were we happy we did! This place is so nice! The rooms are beautiful. Very nicely decorated (we wanted to take all the furniture home with us!), spacious, clean and with a huge bed with a good matras and pillows. The bathroom is spacious and beautiful with marble tiles. This hotel is pretty new (2018). The gardens and the pool are also amazing. Staff speaks English and are super friendly and eager to assist. We found out they offer snorkeling trips with their own boat (incl lunch and drinks) and they can arrange transportation to the main gate of the park, where the trails start, and get you a guide for it. In the evening we asked for a car and we went for dinner at the Mimpi resort, at the Sunset Beach Restaurant. (20 minutes by car). Which is also something to do, because also so beautiful and good food. In the morning we had an excellent choice in breakfast and everything was delicious. Try the dragon fruit juice!

The place is very clean and the staff are helpful. If you want to rent a motorcycle, the resort owner can arrange it for you. I stayed here for 3 nights, and for me, it wasn’t enough. I will definitely come back and stay here again. I highly recommend this place because the price is worth it — the resort is very nice and beautiful. The location is also very convenient, close to a laundry, and near the harbor for trips to Menjangan Island. Finding halal food is also easy, with restaurants located nearby. If you need any help, just let the staff know — they are always ready to assist.

Such a lovely stay. Nice room loved the outdoor bathroom. Our host was so lovely. Yummy omelette for breakfast and he arranged snorkeling for us. Very happy with our stay there

Umah Kayu homestay is a great little find. It is very comfortable and clean. The staff member Wayan is very helpful and kind. I highly recommend staying here. The town itself is also very laidback.

Perfect stay at Maharani homestay. Very nice surprise: you get the entire home for yourself. Beds are super confortable and bathroom and room are very spacious. Garden is very cute with many plants. This was my second stay here and I really like how accommodating and friendly the management and staff are. They helped us organise activities, gifted us fruit and allowed us to use the pool at their second, nearby hotel (as the pool there is a little bigger and has a better view). Thanks again to Suri and the rest of the family for everything. We will be back :)

Felt like a home away from home. Staff were so friendly and the room was simple but lovely. Location was great set just back from the main road to easily walk to local warungs.

Staff are by far the key point of this place. They were so great and generous. It is a must stop if you are looking for accomodation in Negara. Direct access to the beach, we strongly recommend this place. Jenny and Happy buddha (hosts) were among the most fun people we have met in Indonesia.

Titan and her father are so nice and helpful. He picked us up at the train station for free. The breakfast is good. We booked the tour to Ijen with them at a cheap price.
