The property was maintained in a very clean way and all facilities that are required for a comfortable stay were immaculately available. The property owner, Mr. Mir was just the most helpful and nicest host. He helped me with the itinerary and in renting out scooter. He was available at the property for any sort of help that was required. A very warm and peaceful stay, it was, all thanks to Mir!

The location of the property is perfect just next to the beach with very good access. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating and it was a wonderful stay for me and my family. They were very professional and their personal touch is quite endearing, would definitely go back to Hilias Retreat.

The place is located right next to the pristine palolem beach (walking distance less than 1 minute). The ambience of the place is very serene, lush green, ample spacious backyard, and with a quaint vibe. The owners/ caretakers are extremely friendly, soft spoken and supportive, helping you out throughout. The food (breakfast and other meals) is really yum with plenty of options and varieties. All in all, one of the best stay experiences in goa in my lifetime (considering I have travelled to goa as a tourist for at-least 10+ times now).

Firstly, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a little piece of paradise on the edge of Palolem, tucked away on sand walking paths with a less than 1 minute walk to the beach. You can hear the waves from the cottages as you are drifting to sleep. The staff are laidback, friendly and accommodating. The owners are very sweet as well. The bug net was perfect to cover the bed.

Perfect guest house surrounded by greenery and birds chirping, excellent location and excellent service! We loved our room with the balcony surrounded by coconut trees - it’s worth it to get the balcony room! They also cleaned our room often and asked regularly if we would like it cleaned! They have an attached cafe - Avocado Garden Cafe where we ate many delicious meals and had morning coffee. The Wifi in the cafe is very good - my husband and I both work online so it was really nice being able to sit and work there during the day! The location is near some of the best restaurants and cafes in town and just a 5min walk to the beach! They where always available to help and assist with everything needed - very good service and friendly family. We initially booked for 3 nights but extended our stay and stayed for 5 nights. Thank you!
