Guest Houses in Bologna

We cannot possibly say enough nice things about our day in Bologna. Our host went above and beyond, not only suggesting a restaurant, but also making reservations for us and then, as there were disruptions with our train from Rome, keeping tabs on us and keeping the restaurant updated with our later later arrival time. The place is spacious, modern, super clean with a very comfortable bed and a wonderful rain shower. Bed is very comfortable and we slept well. We did not have time to enjoy the balcony, which really adds another room when the weather is warm. Coffee and breakfast pastries were provided, always a nice and appreciated treat. Location is very close to the train station, and a short walk to Plaza Maggiore - the centre of town. We loved our time in Bologna, and when we come back, this will be where we stay. Highly recommended!!

You'll genuinely feel like royalty. The bedroom continues this theme of understated luxury with exceptionally comfortable beds and quality mattresses that guarantee a good night's sleep. The addition of a separate television in the bedroom is a thoughtful touch for those evenings when you want to unwind before sleep. For those inclined to self-cater, a well-equipped kitchen is available—though with Bologna's renowned culinary scene at your doorstep, you might wonder why you'd ever use it! Host: ★★★★★ Federica herself elevates this experience from excellent to extraordinary. Her dedication to ensuring guests have the perfect stay goes above and beyond expectations.

Most of all, since it’s a newly built accommodation, everything was neat and clean. Overall, the room and bathroom were spacious, and everything was well-organized, including the coffee machine with capsules and the complimentary drinks in the fridge. The proximity to the central station was excellent—just a stone’s throw away—and the city center was only a 10-minute walk. The route to the hotel felt safe, even at night. When I struggled with check-in because it was my first time using a digital signal system to open the gate—and I didn’t have WiFi or an internet connection at the time—the staff promptly assisted me and reassured me. I found the staff very kind and highly appreciated their help.

Modern, clean, spacious and excellent central location

Everything, especially the location. After check out there are baggage storage lockers that allow you time if your flight etc is later in the day. Support staff excellent and there is a great place for breakfast right next door.
