Great location. It was on a walking distance from the majority of locations of interest. Even though it was not a hotel with 24h reception, the staff was always reachable by WhatsApp, and was very helpful every time we needed it.

The accommodation is too spacious, it's really close to the Duomo, and you can travel anywhere in Florence. The host was kind. I also found and confirmed my lost items.

Great area, staying at this hotel gives you access to the terrace which is usually empty and you’re allowed to bring up your own drinks which is good, it feels like you have an exclusive view of the Duomo. The rooms are extremely beautiful and has a story behind them all, it also has some books to read about Florence. The bathroom is also heavenly

The location was top notch! However both Chiara and Sara were very communicative and helped us enjoy our stay even more. Our room was super clean and very modern. Everything was walking distance from the apartment, and even though location being pretty central there’s no noise or anything to affect our stay. Sara also offered us to keep our backpacks even though we checked out, so we can enjoy Florence for a bit more while we were waiting for our train. Really recommend this place!

The hotel is located near the Church of Santa Maria Novella in Florence. The room was very clean and the two large suitcases could be fully opened. The boss is very enthusiastic and can speak Italian, English and Chinese. He gave us lots of advice on local food and tourist attractions. Knowing we were driving to Tuscany, he was welcoming and reminded us of things we needed to know before going. I highly recommend everyone to choose room N7 when coming to Florence.👍👍👍
