We stayed in this place off-season. We liked the comfort of it and the decoration of the place. We found everything we could possibly need in terms of preparing a meal ( breakfast). It was spotless clean and the price was good value for money (off season).

Very good location, about 5 minutes walking from sea (paid beach, from free about 10 minutes), 15 minutes from two supermarkets (Conad, Economy), 20 minutes from the train station. Kitchen with cutlery, pans and other utilities. Elevator that brings you directly to the kitchen ;) Terrace with sunbeds and toys for children.

Excellent location in center of Riccione. Close to restaurants, bars, shops. The beach is next to the apartment. Excellent sea view from the living room balcony and side sea view from the bedroom balcony. The living room balcony is big and can accommodate up to 6 persons with a table and a couch. Both rooms have big TV. All the necessary appliances and cooking tools are provided. The underground parking was provided by the host and is about 200-300 meters away and is 10 euro/day. If you travel by car is absolutely necessary.
