Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! It was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean, spacious, and well-appointed the room was. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided—such as the toiletries, complimentary water, and high-speed Wi-Fi—were top-notch. Breakfast was organised in a lounge bar "nica-nuci" just on the corner. With 5e voucher for two people you can choose breakfast you like. Sweets were super fresh and tasty. Stay in Carma luxury rooms exceeded my expectations. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, comfort, and convenience.

Wow what an amazing property. The palazzo is breathtakingly beautiful. Alfio our host was a wonderful young man and very passionate about his home and his country. He was very much available for all our needs and provided for everything. I cannot say enough about how beautiful this property is, my only regret is that I cannot see it in May when I’m sure the gardens will be spectacular.

This place is actually one of the best places we have stayed so far and we found it quite cheap for what we got. The owner was very helpful and honestly cares about any questions we had. Our room (the junior suite) was large and we had an own terrace and access to a further terrace with magnificant views to the Etna and the town.

The host was very friendly and accommodating. The setting was beautiful with views of Mt Etna. It was very reasonably priced for such lovely rooms. The breakfast (included) was exceptional. We also had a lovely evening meal and local wines.
