A very pretty garden and immaculate clean entrance and room. Beautiful bathroom, towels and good shower. automatic code entrance worked perfectly. Good bus service into Verona. Very quiet area. A good bakery and bars nearby.

I was not in the attic and I see comments about it. I was in the room on first floor. It was beyond expected. I booked believing that it was going to be the attic since I would sleep only for one day. The room had air conditioner, big TV with hundreds of channels, mattress of bed was like new, super clean like luxury hotels, owner was fast and polite, the internet WiFi was ok, had towels and body wash gel, it was also the closest I could find at Festara. The neighborhood was super calm and full of villas. Price was also very good. This was probably the best booking experience I ever had, but beware it is not the same as the attic I believe. So I would strongly suggest to ask first where you will end up.

The owner is very friendly and no issue with communication. Everything is fine and new. Completely the best and very closed to Verona. Local place have many opportunity for different restaurants.

Very good location - between the main train station and the city center, in walking distance to the supermarket, 10 min walk to the city center, the bus stop next to the the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff - we got replies to all our requests and we received lots of recommendations on the restaurants, places to visit not only in the city but also in Lake Garda region. The room was comfortable with the air conditioning and small fridge which was very convenient for the hot days. Tea/coffee facilities was also a real bonus. The room was cleaned every day. The wifi worked perfectly.

Very well equipped property in a fantastic location. The hosts are wonderful, helpful and have really covered everything you may need in these apartments. The apartments are clean and the location couldn’t be better, right around the corner from the center yet tucked away in a quiet street. Would highly recommend!

Nice and quiet location. Would return there in the future. Quick hint: check your WhatsApp to have all access info. We stayed there for a while waiting for someone but it turned out that all data is on WhatsApp and we totally didn’t know about it
