Our room was perfect, just what we needed for 3 nights. Very comfortable beds & spotless. The location is really the best & and close to everything. Massimo was outstanding. His attention to detail was next level. His recommendations for local restaurants & things to do was brilliant and he made us feel at home. We drove there & he arranged a disk for us to display in the car so we could park in the town. Thank you Massimo, we will definitely come and stay with you again when we are in Modena

Everything was perfect. One of the few B&B that, actually, provides breakfast. Room is superclean and Barbara so amazing friendly. My last day she even offered to clean my clothes as all laundries around were closed! Amazing.
