We had a wonderful stay at Demora Minelli. The room was spacious, modern, and equipped with all the amenities we needed – a comfortable bed, a great shower, a TV, and thoughtful touches like USB ports by the bed. Its location is perfect, just a short walk from Monopoli’s main train station. The host, Paolo, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Monopoli!

We had the pleasure to stay in the Aphrodite room, which is absolutely fabulous. Such a luxury room situated in the middle of Monopoli. Sara, the host, is very easy to communicate with and provides you with all the necessary checkin information. Since we were one of the first guests, we even got offered a bottle of Proseco, how thoughtfull! After a long drive, this room was just perfect. We watched a movie while sitting in the jaccuzi. I especially liked the interior design, and how they thought about lighting, colours, etc. One of the best rooms I ever stayed in! I would absolutely recommand this one. And in Monopoli you have plenty of Breakfast oftions in the neighbourhood.

The apartment is located in a historical part of the town, not far from the sea. The apartment was exceptional, clean and very well equipped. The breakfast is a few minutes away. This was the most amazing location for a visit to the beautiful city of Monopoli. It is right in the heart of the old city, and not too far from free street parking should you need it. We ended up parking on a street about 15 mins walk away, and this would be the furthest you would need to park, with much closer options also available. The staff were absolutely amazing. We experienced the best possible example of a "remote concierge" service, with recommendations being provided within the minute via whatsapp. The room itself was exactly as described. Spacious, with a comfortable bed, with the water pressure and temperature for the shower high. All in all, a perfect stay, and definitely deserves a return visit.
