Bed was very comfy , aircon and fan were very welcome after being out in the heat all day . Location was perfect , 100m from the centre of San casciano for restaurants and bars . Coffee machine made lovely drinks , small hob for making breakfast . Great shower in the recently refurbished bathroom . The exposed wooden beams in the ceiling . Really a great place to stay with a great host .

It’s the perfect pied à terre to visit Florence! Very well located, right by the water and the tram to the airport, walking distance to everything. Communication with the host is super easy, they even provide a pdf with their favorite local spots. Super clean and convenient Very good quality for the price I’d definitely stay here again!
