Modern, location, very clean, welcoming

We stayed as a family. Although the place itself is from the 6th century, the interior is very new, clean and tastefully furnished. Inside there are small and large trinkets, toys and many handmade details. Although it was in the middle of nature, there were no insects inside. There were insect repellent products similar to mothballs placed in beautifully embroidered handmade cloths that were hard to notice. The breakfast was prepared in very nice containers. Andrea is a very gentlemanly and friendly person. I can say that he is one of the best, if not the best, hotel manager I have ever encountered. The view from the terrace looks great, be sure to take a look. In summary, I and my family left very happy.

As described, very easy to find, close to the train station. Easy access, very clean and modern. Lovely to have the balcony and fresh air. The view of the mountains most pleasant.

Excellent breakfast and a lovely, charming old building to stay. The top most suites were comfortable, spacious, and clean. Hosts were welcoming and helpful.

Short walk from the train station and city center. Easy to follow and well detailed instructions for check-in. A very clean apartment with good quality furnishings. Well-equipped with everything we needed and attractive modern decor. Lovely homely touches but without clutter. Pamela was a very responsive host who has obviously put a lot of thought into creating a very welcoming apartment.

I cannot recommend this property enough! The apartment was great with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. It is obvious that the whole B&B has been created with lots of attention to details and love. Cleaning was provided each day and it was superb. The host was more than accommodating and provided us with great recommendations for places to visit and ways to get there. Even went the extra mile to find us an option to get to Livigno as we really wanted to visit the lovely resort. Location of the B&B is also great with a supermarket within 5 mins by car and Bormio based only 30 mins away by car. I really hope one day we can visit again.

Great stay, very romantic, I was with my mother so that was less romantic! We wanted to stay in Stazzona as it was where our family originally came from and it was convenient for our family history research. Francesco met us at the front and was very lovely as we arrived very early so he showed me around and took our bags and my mother and I were going to look for the old family home. We thought everyone had moved away but when I mentioned the family name he knew exactly who we were talking about and gave us directions to the house. He took our bags upstairs for us while we were out (they are VERY heavy!). He gave us information about the area, a taxi drivers’ name and number and said to contact him first if we needed to go into the town and he may be able to take us if he was available. We did use the taxi driver, and he was great also, even picking us up very late after he had finished work. The room was very spacious and beautifully set out, clean, had an electric jug and coffee maker as well as teas and coffee pods etc. The bed, sheets and towels were soft and clean and there was bottled water left on the fridge for us as well. There was also a little book on the coffee table with some details of the family businesses which was a really nice touch. Francesco was around when we needed anything or replied straight away on booking.com messages but was not intrusive. We had amazing views out of the windows and there was a great breeze going through the room. It’s a lovely area and really nice to walk around, there are a number of drinking fountains in the area that have the best drinking water and very cold. Even without the family connection, it’s a beautiful place to stay and relax, it was very peaceful!

Everything in this apartment was perfect! Big rooms with top notch equipment and very nice smart home features !! In addition, the host was extremely helpful all along our stay!
