The location is excellent an easy less than one hour drive from Fiumicino airport, great spot first after long international flight. Nicholas is a great host and could not do enough to help get us settled in and out walking along the lake.

Our flight was very delayed so that we were only able to arrive at 1:30 in the morning. The staff were kind enough to wait or wake up again and let us in, even with a smile and a warm welcome. The room was basic but fine. A simple breakfast was even included. Perfect for an overnight stay to break our journey.
