location was super close to the center. Room was clean. Maybe the shoud add a table if you want to order take away. There was only a chair and a small desk. But rate is 10. I highly recommend it

23 Suites was a lovely newly renovated apartment room. Everything was new, clean and comfortable. It was located in the heart of Trieste so able to walk to shops, restaurants etc. would highly recommend staying here.

The owners are extremely nice, they offered us a free drive from The bus station because we were arriving really late. About the room: the AC was working truly well, everything was clear and the bathroom was more than enought. Bed is surely comfortable. I recommend it to everyone!

It was an excellent stay, the feeling and welcome of the Italia gesture. The Room was absolutely fantastic, Bathroom was excellent, with huge space for 2 pax with a double sink, big Rain Shower and provided Towels , we were kindly asked b4 our 2nd night if we need to refresh our room but kindly respectful declined but thanked the staff a lot for asking as not needed. The Beds Quality & comfort was perfectly cosy, the area of the Hotel is just walking distance to the inner city and several Shops and sights of the City & max. 10mins walk to the Central Bus/Railway Terminal of Trieste Centrale. Breakfast wasn't included in our package but can be reserved/organzed a day before by the kind Reception. Grazie Mille Forvm Hotel

Everything was perfect. In an old style building, a huge room with a beautiful bathroom. Everything is perfectly clean, very comfortable bed linen, large towels, coffee machine... The hosts are great and they met some of our requests. A big plus for me because I'm a smoker is the small balcony. We parked the car in a garage some 150m from the accommodation.
