First point is the staff, i forgot her name as im doing this weeks after but she was just sweet and helpfull. Other than that the breakfast was way above what we tought it would be. The last is location, we could park our car nearby for free and walk to the center in a few min. If i was planning the trip now, i would stay more days there.

The rooms are all newly renovated. There are even 2 washing machines. Parking lot in the inner courtyard. Mr Antonio (host) is more than friendly and accommodating. If you want to spend your vacation in Tropea, Antonio (Residenza Arena) is the right address!

We have travelled a lot and visited different places but have never seen such warmth and hospitality before. Definitely go on a boat trip if you can, it was the highlight of our trip to Tropea. There are not enough words to thank the entire Kairos team. I hope we can visit this place again.

The apartment was fabulous. Spacious, spotless, and well equipped with everything you could need. Great location with parking provided , such a bonus. The upstairs deck is wonderful to sit and enjoy the view. Pasquale and Sami were wonderful. They are always on hand to assist and were so kind and helpful to us when we had a minor incident with our car. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay n this gorgeous town.

Possibly the cleanest place I have ever stayed! New furnishings, a thoughtfully appointed and spacious room and comfortable bed. Room cleaned every day. Good 'tavola calda' takeaway right across the street and excellent pizzeria (Ribauldo) and Casa Spaghetti around the corner. A few minutes walk to the old town action and down the stairs (many stairs, but that's Tropea) to the beach. Excellent communication with the hosts. They made this a '10' because they were so kind and friendly, always available to help, which made my stay more enjoyable.
