We got an upgrade to the junior suite and the room was gorgeous! It was spacious, nicely decorated and super clean. They even have a private pier for gondola ride right outside our room. The hotel staff Enrico was extremely nice and helpful. He gave us accurate recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in Venice. He even arranged a private gondola ride for us and it was amazing! Our stay in this hotel was the highlight of our trip and is the best stay throughout our 2 weeks travel in Europe.

Amazing place, well-located, with extremely friendly hosts, very clean (everyday cleaning with a personal touch, I would say). Generous breakfast. Comfortable bed. By the way, Venice in winter is wonderful! Just get dressed well and enjoy the absence of crowds and a special winter mood.

Nice and clean room! Quiet area, a perfect place to explore all parts of Venetia by foot. Ilaria was very lovely and helpful! I will definitely recommend it!

Class Marsilli is just lovely. It is in a great location, where you can access all the major sites easily. Our room was spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly want. Our host Leonardo was super helpful and communicated with us,both before our arrival and during our stay. We will certainly stay here again.

Exceptional. Lorenzo is probably one of the best host I’ve met. He is so nice and very efficient. All is clear and communication is extremely easy. He is very available. He even had put on the AC before we arrive to cool the room!!! The room feels brand new and beautiful, you are very close to 2 of the most practical ferry stop or you can walk to all the famous places. There are a lot of restaurants around and a very cool bar.
