We had the honor of spending a few nights at this charming accommodation, and we were more than satisfied. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the very accommodating and hospitable owner, who willingly provided us with all the necessary information and advice to make our stay more enjoyable. His friendly approach and warmth created a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere that immediately enchanted us. The accommodation itself is situated in a stunning environment, offering truly breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Every morning, we woke up to beautiful scenery that filled us with peace and joy. We rented a room with 3 single beds and a kitchen. It was very spacious, clean and cosy. It had big tarrace with table and chairs. Even though we had to use bathroom in the corridor it wasn't a problem, because it was very clean and well equipped. Breakfast was also nice - it was an open buffet with salty and sweet options. We could enjoy it on the terrace which is full of beautiful plants.

It was a good experience. Everything went well. We called when we arrived then Mr. Real Room (sorry I didn’t remember his name)came and gave us everything we needed. He ist very nice and humorous. I recommend the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spotless, and the extra pillows made my sleep so comfortable. I also loved the bathroom fragrance – it was such a nice touch that made it feel like home. The host was incredibly kind and even helped me with my luggage. I’d be happy to stay here again when I return to La Spezia.

The stay was perfect! The owner contacted us via WhatsApp after the booking was made. Also day before arrival sent us all the info regarding the check in - codes and gow to get keys - it was super simple. They also send us recommendations for some places around. The place itself has perfect location - less than 10min from bus station. The area felt very safe. The room itself very clean, with air-conditioning and in general it felt more like a hotel than a room in an apartment. The pillow was super comfy but that is always an individual thing :) Definitely we would (will) stay again.

Certainly one of the best accommodations I have been to, the room is beautiful, unique, with attention to the smallest detail, the cleanliness is excellent; the location is perfect, 2 steps from the train station and at the same time it is located in the historic center of the city, therefore convenient for travel and services of any kind; the host is very kind, he welcomed us very well and made us feel at home, he wrote to us all the time on whatsapp to give us all the information we needed and to know how we were or if We needed something. Excellent new private rooms. These are brand new with great facilities. The owner was easy to contact about dropping our bags early and was really nice. The location is right next to the train station too 🙂
