From there amazing communication to make sure that they would be able to pick us up from the train station, to making sure we were able to get food on our way to the hotel as we hadn't eaten all day, the family who own the hotel went above and beyond to make sure that we well treated.

You can stay here regardless of people. There are two bunk beds. I stayed with two people, but I was able to rent one room. It is convenient because there is a large spa called Rinku no Yu at one station by train.
