The location is perfect. Only 3 minutes walk to Kiyamachi dori, a old street along the Takase river, which is a famous location for Sakura viewing if you visit Japan by April. The hotel is by far my most favourite hotel in Japan. It feels like home. The room is spacious and comfort.

The hotel is located to the south of the Kyoto Imperial Palace and is very close to the subway station. The rooms are spacious and feature a classic Japanese-style bathroom. Staying in this house was a great experience. The house was lovely, in a very central and beautiful location and had all you needed. Perfect place for a full Kyoto experience.
