Our friendly hostess, Hiroko, went out of her way to make our stay exceptional. She took us to our destination twice, and served amazing breakfasts. Our comfortable room and bathroom, and the location close to the station were also great.

This was by far my favourite stay of my Japan trip. Not only was the guest house absolutely stunning and tastefully furnished, within very close proximity to the deer park, I was welcomed so warmly and it really felt like home for the night I was there. This is more than just a guest house- this is a beautiful place to bring people from all around the world together.

I was very fortunate that there were no other guests staying in the house and I had the whole space to myself, very spacious and comfortable, and the hostess Kyoko was so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place, close to Nara Deer Park.

The guesthouse is clean with sophisticated household appliances. It is located near JR station and a supermarket for business, so it is very convenient for travellers to shop and prepare food. And we were surprised to find there were two toilets! We had a chance to meet the house owner, who is a friendly and polite man. He asked for photocopies of our passports. This made us feel a sense of safety as we can tell everything here is carefully managed and comply with regulations. I would strongly recommend foreign visitors to consider staying at this guesthouse instead of hotels. It's a great opportunity to get closer to life in Nara.

Very new, clean and well decorated. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay was provided and extra. Even free drinks, snacks and soup! Staff are super helpful, we forgot an item and they promptly notified us and helped us retrieve it.

Great central location, deer right next to the property in quiet area away from tourists bothering them. Room was a good size and comfortable, cooking facilities and spacious kitchen for meals.
