This was our family's first time staying in Japan, and we really could not have chosen a better place. Chelsea is such a wonderfully kind and generous person who will really go out of her way to make sure you are comfortable. She has great local recommendations, and we loved the breakfast she prepared each morning. I'll also say that this is a perfect location if you want to experience being in a laid-back, more local part of the city while still being within walking distance of Osaka Castle and Umeda. And, of course, everything else is easily reached by metro. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again next time we are in Osaka!

The location was nice. It was tucked away and comfy but still close to the station and other stores and restaurant. The TV a was nice, the room was comfy, there was a kitchen with a kettle, nice toiletries, and the AC was well-functional. I also felt very safe.
