The owner was extremely friendly and adaptable to my situation, she was very kind and even let me keep my bags at the property ling after checkout time so that I could explore more of kyoto. The beds are comfortable as well as the toilet and shower facilities.

The location is perfect. Only 3 minutes walk to Kiyamachi dori, a old street along the Takase river, which is a famous location for Sakura viewing if you visit Japan by April. The hotel is by far my most favourite hotel in Japan. It feels like home. The room is spacious and comfort.

It is friendly, cosy, very helpful staffs. We are very satisfied with the apartment. It is located in a quiet street with traditional houses, but also very convenient. The apartment is spacious. For improvement, we suggest to have a mirror outside the bathroom too.
