Friendly staff. Close to a few tourist spot. Room was clean and shower head pressure was the best compared to the other hotels that I stayed during my trip in South Korea. Breakfast was simple with a variety of fruits. There is also a convenient store nearby.

The property was really nice with all the amenities, heated floor, clean bathrooms, traditional touch, great host, walkable distance from all the attractions and yummy breakfast! What else can you ask for from a property 😀

The hanok was absolutely stunning, staying there was an absolute dream. The facilities were amazing and the hot tub was great to use after a day of walking. Ella was amazing and is one of the kindest people I’ve met. She went above and beyond for us and also helped us rent hanboks. She also provided us with food for breakfast which was greatly appreciated and checked in on us every morning to see if we were doing well. The hospitality provided was unmatched to any place that I’ve stayed at previously. Thank you so much Ella😊

What a lovely guesthouse in the centre of Gyeongju! A stonethrow away from the tombes and in the restaurant and shopping area. Yet very quiet, could not hear a thing in the rooms. Good breakfast with fresh fruits! And very nice owner who seems to be an incredible dancer looking at the pictures

the hanok is AMAZING, really cool experience to do in Gyeongju! the owner and his wife are extra caring, they explained to me all I could do/see in the city and gave me a map with all the details. they also arranged for me taxi and breakfast even though I was leaving early in the morning. the place is super clean and comfortable, I really really recommend this stay, I wish I stayed more! the location is also great, just a few steps away from some of the main attractions and city center.

The most important things for a traveler are location and price, both of which are assets for Friend Guesthouse. Hosts are great and communicative, breakfast similar to what I was having in Korea, a nice addition was a pan where I could make some scrambled eggs. Bus stops for most important attractions in town are like 2 minutes walking from the hostel.

A lovely place in the centrum of all attractions, everything close in the walking dystans. Clean, comfortable room with private bathroom. Small kitchen for all guests with basic breakfast in the price. Very silent with beautiful garden and cosy space to relax. And of course nice host who gift us with beautiful post card with painted Hanok for good memories ♥️

The property was so clean and beautiful! Everything was so nicely organised and decorated, and made everything feel very warm and homely. We had a short stay but were treated no differently, and the owner was so kind and provided amazing hospitality during our stay.
