Excellent clean room, friendly welcome. Nice fresh juice on arrival. Better than the pictures! Very nice new AC, great bathroom with hot showers, really good mosquito nets with elastic edging. Set well back from the lorry and bus filled busy main road with really nice views across to the hills, was very tranquil. Can sit out the front of your room or there was the covered eating area with dartboard. Re-opened 7 months ago and the new owners are doing a great job. Included breakfast with fruit, toast and eggs. Would thoroughly recommend this place if staying in dambulla, great value and as mentioned before, away from the busy main road.

Everything here is exceptional. Extremely clean rooms, wonderful owner, always ready to help you with anything. Fabulous quality-price ratio. The property is very close to the center, close to shops and restaurants, there are fireflies in the evening. The owner has tuk-tuk and can take you anywhere happy to help

It is an old-fashioned hotel. It lacks convenient modern facilities, but the owner's meticulous consideration more than makes up for it. The breakfast is served very carefully and tastes very good. If you don't mind a little inconvenience, you will be satisfied.

We are so happy. It was a beautiful stay. The family are so friendly and peaceful. The room is clean and the size exelent. The breakfast is traditional and tasty. You can also enjoy a traditional dinner with exelent taste in there small reataurent. The family is very helpfull. They explain you about the options in Dambulla and the citys around. I was in the accommodation with Upul and his family, they are very affectionate and very good hosts, the rooms is new are very large and comfortable, the place is away from the noise but close to all the tourist spots. The food is excellent.... for me It is 100% in service and comfort, 100% recommended
