Absolutely amazing stay at Surf Lodge! We felt so welcomed from the moment we arrived. The food at the cafe is so delicious and the staff were extremely friendly! We had unforgettable couple of days and felt like we are at home! You can access the beach from the beautiful garden, there was a yoga class in the morning and also if you would like some other activities just ask the staff! The rooms were very comfortable and the bathroom that was outside was a great experience :) Definitely recommend the place and can’t wait to come back again! Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at Skyy Villa Polhena The location was perfect for snorkeling and surfing with beautiful beaches just steps away. The breakfast was delicious offering fresh and tasty options every morning. Our room and the entire property were **spotlessly clean** and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Matara whether you're an adventure seeker or just looking for a relaxing getaway! We’d love to come back

Very spacious rooms and very clean spaces in and outside the premises. Comfortable beds and outstanding AC that will cool the room in seconds as well as a fan. Our room had a great little seating space that overlooked the green. The host was very lovely and always attentive. Will definitely recommend it for long and short stays. Very close to the beach and other restaurants, bars, and cafes.

Exceptional hotel. Quietly located and family-run. Completely newly built, beautiful and modernly furnished with delicious materials. Large rooms with terrasse or balkon. It is a 7-minute walk to the beach, where you can see sea turtles from the road or swim around among them behind the protective coral reef. Although there are only 4 rooms, it is possible to order all meals and various juices. We have traveled around Sri Lanka for 7 weeks and eaten local food, but these dishes are definitely the most well-prepared and tasty. The family is incredibly friendly,  welcoming and service is extremely high. Too bad we only had 3 days. Will definitely return.

Very new and lovely homestay. Extremely clean and lovely balcony to sit out on. Also have use of a kitchen if you want to self cater. Bed very comfortable, air con worked well and WiFi was good. Hosts are really lovely and had a welcome drink on arrival. Laundry available. Short walk to lots of cafes, shops and restaurants in Mirissa. I would happily stay here again.

Extremely welcoming and helpful family. Lovely property with nice new fresh rooms. I was stuck with nowhere to stay due to a misunderstanding. They took me in late at night, I had no bags with me, they gave me PJ's which was honestly such a lovely lovely thing to do. The breakfast the next-day was gorgeous. Dhal, sambol, potato curry, hoppers, the lot!! 2 types of desert. Genuinely lovely people. AND THEIR DOG!!! omg, the cutest fluff Ball I've ever seen.

Excellent staff, delicious snacks and curry buffet, room was newly renovated and super clean. We spent nearly night there and really enjoyed this stay, were playing table tennis, location is in a quiet part of Madiha.
