Very spacious rooms and very clean spaces in and outside the premises. Comfortable beds and outstanding AC that will cool the room in seconds as well as a fan. Our room had a great little seating space that overlooked the green. The host was very lovely and always attentive. Will definitely recommend it for long and short stays. Very close to the beach and other restaurants, bars, and cafes.

We had a really great time at Madiha Venus! The breakfast was pretty good. The location is close the beachfront and restaurants. The room was amazing: very clean, spacious, cozy and stylish with interesting details like carved doors and shutters. We really appreciate hospitality and desire to make our stay excellent. The owner and his wife were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Wish you to maintain the high level of service you have! I can definitely recommend this accommodation!

Very new and lovely homestay. Extremely clean and lovely balcony to sit out on. Also have use of a kitchen if you want to self cater. Bed very comfortable, air con worked well and WiFi was good. Hosts are really lovely and had a welcome drink on arrival. Laundry available. Short walk to lots of cafes, shops and restaurants in Mirissa. I would happily stay here again.

Really lovely new guesthouse, ran by a very helpful friendly family. Only a few minutes walk from nice resturants, bars and the ocean and the room was very clean. Really appreciated the strong air con and hot powerful shower! Comfy bed, modern facilities and set back from the road a little so it was nice and quiet at night.We could easily walk to the popular surf point nearby too. One of the nicest places I've stayed in sri lanka!

Extremely welcoming and helpful family. Lovely property with nice new fresh rooms. I was stuck with nowhere to stay due to a misunderstanding. They took me in late at night, I had no bags with me, they gave me PJ's which was honestly such a lovely lovely thing to do. The breakfast the next-day was gorgeous. Dhal, sambol, potato curry, hoppers, the lot!! 2 types of desert. Genuinely lovely people. AND THEIR DOG!!! omg, the cutest fluff Ball I've ever seen.

We were really lucky to find this place and spent 11 nights here! If we come back to Sri Lanka, we will definitely stay in Sandbank again. New, clean, comfortable room with cozy terrace. Super-friendly, caring staff - they were always ready to help with ALL our requests. We felt ourselves very welcomed guests - not just regular clients. The place is located in quiet part of Madiha which was important for us - no loud music and parties around. There is no usual beach nearby but for us it was advantage as we don’t like crowds and swimming - just be in the ocean and jump with waves) Just several moments were specific and could be important to know in advance: there is no hot water (it’s not cold of course, just fresh), WiFi didn’t work in our room (n3), just on terrace - but this points just details, not problems and it couldn’t mess up our stay in such a great place.

This loving family easily created the place I've stayed in my 1 year of traveling. If you're the type of traveler who appreciates major attention to detail, the warmest of welcomes (fresh glass of passion fruit juice from their garden !!), high-quality facilities, and mind-blowing dollar value, then you found your home away from home. Honestly, I wish I had a home back home as nice as this home.
