This place is run by a family. They were really kind and helpful with everything. We came late for checkout but still they let us use the room and the bathroom. Really kind people. We liked everything. Very close to the sea. Walking distance from coconut hill. One of our best stays.

The accommodation is very clean, comfortable and has air conditioning, fridge, mosquito net, hair dryer and shampoo. It's about a 7 minute walk to the beach, same to the city on the main street. It's about half an hour to coconut tree hill. The host communicated with us via Booking and responded quickly, when we needed a ride in heavy rain to the center of the main street (around the corner basically), he took us by tuktuk free of charge. Our host recommended a company for a whale watching trip. The host lent us a spoon when we bought yoghurt at the accommodation and didn't realise we didn't have cutlery. Breakfast was big and tasty. Great value for the price, helpful host, very nice and clean accomodation. Good wifi.

This is such a cute cabin! You can see that the owners really put effort in making this cabin the home of everybody who stays there. All the amazing details: flowers by the sink, the little carpets, the hanging clothes rail, the small drawings, the beautiful towels... it adds up to a beautiful experience! The bed is a bit hard but pretty much like most sri Lankan beds of this budget. And it is also far from human noises at night.

Breakfast was incredible. The best Sri Lankan breakfasts we had. Our hosts were super attentive making sure we were topped up on tea and breakfast foods. Stayed there for four days and had a different breakfast each morning to our delight. Our host also noted we weren't a fan of Papaya and stopped giving those on fruit platters and provided alternatives without asking. Clean rooms, hot water, a short walk outside of town so nice and quiet. Really great value for money. The sweetest hosts.

It was an unforgettable experience staying at this hotel. The view was stunning, with fresh coconuts right from the tree, a perfect, fresh breakfast, and one and only host. He took care of us like family members and was always nearby when we needed him. It’s 100% the most beautiful and peaceful place in Mirissa!

Quiet place! but still a walking distance to the beach and to the harbor from where whale watching tours start in the morning. Clean room and bathroom, AC and a fan, mosquito net. Nice breakfast. All you need for a good night sleep.
