1. The location is very nice, right across the street you find a passage to the beach, after a few minutes walking you are at the turtle beach and parrot rock. Next to it is Mirissa beach. On the other side, 5 min walk to the coconut beach where is perfect view of sunset. Also worth mentioning, right next door there is a shop for water. And opposite there is a fruit bar, everyday we grab a cool coconut before going back to the room. 2. The room is very spacious! Plenty of space to store our luggage and stuff. Nice balcony also. The pillow is soooo comfortable. Everything else was new and in good condition. Room was very clean as well. We were provided also shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. 3. The hosts are so nice and kind! They always smile and have been very helpful! 4. The garden also has place to hang and dry tithe clothes.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and everything felt fresh and well taken care of. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day. One of the highlights was the food—delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal was enjoyable. The restaurant staff were also very attentive, making the dining experience even better. The hotel’s location is perfect, close to [beach/market/tourist spots—adjust as needed], making it convenient to explore the area. The couple who runs Top Sea View are so kind. They gave snacks throughout the day, and breakfast was spectacular. They really wanted to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The view of the ocean from the roof was stunning. Any questions we had were answered promptly, even just about Mirissa's attractions. We also took advantage of their laundry service, which was inexpensive and quick. They just taxi, whale watching, and massage booking as well. The location between two different beaches couldn't have been better.

This was our second stay at this guesthouse, and we couldn’t be happier! The location is peaceful and quiet, yet everything you need is just a short walk away — small grocery stores, cafes, and a supermarket. The beach is only about a 10-minute walk, which makes it super convenient. What really stands out is the host - Heshan. He is incredibly attentive and kind. This time, our luggage was lost during the flight, and he went above and beyond to help us. He personally called the airport staff to sort everything out and even arranged a taxi for us to pick up the luggage when it was found. Such amazing hospitality is hard to come by! We also booked some tours through him, and they were fantastic. We went on a crocodile safari, snorkeling with turtles, and visited a spice garden. Everything was well-organized, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. If we ever return to Mirissa, there’s no question — we’ll definitely stay here again!

It was a nice little room above the family home and had everything you needed. The host was super friendly and helpful with tips and very happy to help. The food was well priced for the area and was very tasty, as well as big portions. Area was very good near mirissa beach and secret beach. Mirissa was nice with lots of beaches and bars/restaurants

I stayed here two nights and I found Indu and Kumudu to be lovely hosts. From the moment I arrived they were warm and welcoming and immediately sat me down with a cup of tea. The property is a ten-twenty minute walk from the center of Mirissa, but as a result it feels like an escape from the regular Sri Lankan bustle. If you want to replace the sounds of buses with the sounds of birds, this is the place. My room was large, comfortable, and clean with hot water and excellent AC. The environment is quiet at night making for an ideal rest. Breakfast was fantastic both days, and the view of the garden while you're eating on the patio is fantastic. Can't recommend this place enough. I would have stayed a few more days if they weren't already booked up!
