Exceptional and unique. Service and cleanliness was impeccable. The room itself is very spacious, and at a comfortable temperature despite the heat outside. Piyanth, our host, was friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended - the sort of experience you will not find in any hotel or resort. We were pleasantly surprised, and the very high rating is well deserved.

The accommodation has a stunning design, you could easily spend hours in the lobby just analyzing the beautiful collection of design objects. The pool is just perfect, the staff is very helpful. Everything is super clean, the breakfast is absolutely delicious, the bed is super-comfy, the garden is an oasis. For us, two adults and a 5 years old, this was the perfect way to start our adventure in Sri Lanka. Thank you.

An amazing place with a great heart. lots of beautiful arts and crafts, the swimming pool was perfect, the room was very convenient and well designed, and last but definitely not least - the team!! Convenient to the center of Maharagama. Tuktuks and buses are also easy to use. The air conditioner is working so it's comfortable even on hot nights. The owner and staff are very friendly. On the first day, we were able to pick you up at the airport. Paid. Very reassuring.

I stayed 4 nights at Jay’s Guest and absolutely loved it! The room and kitchen were super clean, and the whole place felt like home. It’s perfect if you want to cook your own meals or do laundry during your stay. If the location works for you, I’d definitely recommend it.
