Away from the hustle and bustle of the main street, it is a tranquil, well-kept secret. Located close to Colombo, it’s one of those little gems you have to stumble upon by happy accident. Nilu is a perfect host (and a very friendly one) and she will help you with all your requests. She even managed to get me a new zipper for my raincoat in half a day. The AC-room is nice and bright, with direct access to your own little garden, (which is part of a larger, extremely well maintained garden). King-sized bed with plenty of pillows for a good night of sleep, next to a large bathroom with separate bath and shower. Definitely recommended. Not just for a holiday, but perfect as well as a place to stay when on a business trip!

Loved our stay in this beautiful house. TJ and his staff were fantastic and made stay here very comfortable. TJ was a mine of very interesting information on Colombo and the history of this house. We were fortunate enough to stay when the house was used for wedding photography which gave us an unique insight to Sri Lankan weddings. We were served Sri Lankan breakfasts by Dilshan who explained all the dishes to us and don’t forget to take a dip in the pool.

Definitely great value for money. The hosts were kind and welcoming, and everything met my expectations. As someone who works online, having a fast and reliable Wi-Fi connection was essential and it didn’t disappoint.

The owners are wonderful - we came in the middle of night and we're leaving as well very early morning but we had our breakfast done on time. It's really enormous to eat and taste each dish. My daughters loved chandelier in patio where bird made its nest and it was taking care of small birds. Although it's a little out of city centrum but it gives silence and possibility to rest in patio to observe animals as birds and squirrels coming for eating. The room is spacious with attached bathroom. Very close to Leisure Villa there is good restaurant - Tango to eat supper or lunch.

Owners are extremely friendly and helpful, apartment is very big and comfortable! Kitchen is well equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle and all needed cutlery, pots and pans! Very clean and bed is comfortable with clean sheets and pillows.
