The property is very conveniently located close to the airport. Perfect for an onward journey to Bentota. It is very value for money. The rooms are spacious and clean and the owners and staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Be it last minute change of room, arranging transport, arranging for food or even giving us tips on best places to go to and which to avoid. One of the previous reviews mentioned minor disturbance due to proximity to the airport but I donor recall noticing it even in the middle of the night.

We stayed at the hotel for three days. We liked everything. The location is not far from the airport. It is nice and quiet. There is hot water and good wifi. The host is very nice and helpful, he answered all our questions very quickly and helped us to find the transport for our further trip. The breakfast was different every day and delicious. And the location is very good for birdwatching - we saw many birds around, even from the terrace of the hotel, which is very cosy and it is nice to spend time there during the hot midday hours.

The accommodation was very pleasant, we felt as at home. The owner waited for us until late in the night to accommodate us. He was very friendly, helpful and kind. He always asked if he needed anything or if he could help you with something. The room had air conditioning and was pleasantly furnished. I absolutely recommend this place. The location is excellent, very close to the airport. The hotel looks modern, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning and the fan both worked well, and the bathroom was very convenient. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The staff were very attentive, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommended if you need to spend a night near the airport.
