Brand new accommodation, great location, super clean, air conditioning, lovely breakfast and just the loveliest hosts! Very relaxed vibe, quiet but also really close to the beach and restaurants, little supermarket etc.. Bunty and his lovely wife made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them. We also ate there one evening and it’s was delicious! It was an absolute pleasure to stay there .. Highly recommend!

What a great stay. The hosts are super friendly and offered tea when we arrived. the room is spacious and clean. mosquito net is not damaged and the ventilator works well. breakfast and dinner are very delicious and we recommend to buy dinner from the hosts (900lkr/person). specially to point out is the big balcony with seating area and roof covered. during our stay we had a rainy afternoon and it was perfect to hang out outside. the house is on a silent location and one of the nicests beaches we visited just 100m away. nearby is a small shop where you can buy water and snacks.

We enjoyed very nice New year eve, which was nice calm without any fireworks. Pool was really nice cherry on the top in hot days.

The very quiet Gardens, the lovely breakfasts, beautiful empty beach, lovely pool and courteous attentive staff. We had a gorgeous room with an out door,roll top bath. If you're looking for a quiet beach, this will hit the spot. The waves are strong so probably best for confident swimmers though you won't have to be an Olympian! The main house is also gorgeous with an airy colonial vibe. Evening meals can be taken at the beach restaurant over the road ( not a busy road). The place is gated with a 24hour watch for the security minded. Various swings, hammocks and board games dotted around. Peacocks, bee-eaters, monitor lizards and chipmunks abound. Heard a Coppersmith Barbet but didn't see it. Fruit bats fly over at sunset. Heaven!

Parasol Dore is a perfect getaway with the nicest atmosphere and the best view from the bedroom that you can imagine. Extraordinary good service from Jeremy (owner) with many local recommendations and interesting stories to tell.

Definitely this is the best play we’ve been so far. It’s really closed to te beach, the bedroom is comfortable, clean and wide. But most of all, the owners are so kind and they really make you feel like home.

Chamila was amazing! Went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and having a good stay. He even went as far to get us aloe for our sunburns and some cake! An absolute amazing host and a clean and spacious room with AC and nice bathroom. 10/10 could not recommend more
