We had a very comfortable stay here. we just Bly stopped for one night, but the hospitality was amazing. Really kind family and we were received with a refreshing juice. The room was clean and very comfortable. The family who run this company place were so kind, friendly and very helpful. They lent us bikes to go and see the bats at the lake. We got soaked in the rain, the next morning we went on safari and when we came back our clothes were clean and dry. Thank you for a short but wonderful stay.

We had a short stay but it was very nice. The place is very clean and has all you need, inclusing hairdryer. The host is very nice and helpfull and you can benefit from the fact that he is a guide so you cand take a jeep safary from them directly. 100% recommend.

Wonderful, quiet, cozy apartament surrounded by rice fiedle. It is small familliar hotel with large rooms. Swimming pool is big, and clean, and next to room. Very tasty breakfast. During the whole stay our hoste prepared the best tea witht milk for our children. Wery nice atmosphere.

We had such a great stay at Lake Face Cabana! The treehouse is right on the lake where we enjoyed relaxing and bird watching with the sunrise early in the morning. Fantastic food prepared by our hosts who are a very warm and kind family. This was a great spot to head into Yala on safari or just enjoy relaxing from the cabana balcony. We hope to return again one day - Thank you!!

Very nice and clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. They also served good Sri Lankan breakfast and had food available. When leaving, they drove us to the bus station which was very nice of them. Highly recommend this place.

Wow, such an amazing place. The guesthouse have the best location with the most beautiful view over the rice fields. It’s close to Yala and you can easily walk to the supermarket. The host is so nice and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. The room have everything you need and was really clean. They came with tea many times doing the day which we really enjoyed. We would love to come back another time.

This is the best place for your Yala National Park Safari. Sanjeewa is the best host! He can organize everything for an extremely fair price and the Safari package he is offering is amazing. You get picked up at the hotel, the breakfast will be organized for you and you can eat it while waiting to enter the park. The safari itself is great too and after you will receive delicious home made curries with red rice and tea/coffee. I would always book with Moon Light Guest House again. Thanks so much! The view and the host were just amazing. The cabana is the only "room" they rent and you can feel they really care about your well being, giving u suggestions on the activities without being intrusive and offering help without expecting anything back. It has been, by far, the best accomodation I got in Sri Lanka.
