It has a perfect location. It is very cosy and makes you feel at home. We did not expect much because the hostel was just added to booking.com. But it really exceeded our expectations. You can find everything you need. Kettle, micro, washing machine, clothes horse, lockers. It offered even complimentary tea, coffee and breakfast.

Zaya is a fantastic hostel. It's in a great location. You can walk to museums, shopping centres, restaurants. Anand the owner is a really nice guy. The hostel is quiet and clean and really comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

I need a private room as it was the end of the trip and I wanted to relax and repack all my stuff before catching. I was staying in a room for bunk bed and attached bathroom, all for myself. Everything was clean, and the staff was super nice.

I had a great stay here. The room was clean and simple, just what I needed. The bathroom was also very clean and had a nice hot shower. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby and the state department store within walking distance. I arrived very late, but the staff was extremely helpful during check-in and even arranged for my friends and me to have rooms on the same floor. Breakfast was basic, with some bread and crackers along with coffee and tea, but it was a nice start to the day. They also offer tours, which is a convenient option for exploring the area. Overall, a very welcoming and convenient place to stay.

    It was my second stay in this hostel, and juste like last year I had a perfect time there! Everything is well organised, comfortable, from the breakfeast to the beds! The team there is always ready to help and organize the stay, in the capital or everywhere else in the country, before and during the trip ! The hostel itself is perfectly situated in the city center, in a quiet and safe area with everything you need around! I recommand 100% staying in this guesthouse, and I'm sure myself I will come back next time!

    Top Tour & Guesthouse was fabulous!! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was made for you in the morning and was delicious and they had a driving service to the airport (that was really cheap compared to cabs and other options). It was smaller than other hostels I’ve stayed at but that was part of the charm. It was walking distance to many of the coolest sites in UB. The facilities were really clean and comfortable and it was really cheap. I would highly recommend a stay with Top Tours and Guesthouse Mongolia.
