Our vacation at the Koimala hotel was very pleasant.The staff is really friendly and always available. They help with everything and also organize excursions according to your wishes. Our room was quite big and equipped with air conditioning, small fridge and tv. The room was always cleaned well as well as other facilities in the hotel. The food in Koimala hotel is delicious and there are many options on the menu. There is no buffet, you can choose what you eat from the menu. In summary, we had everything we needed on our vacation. I can't find anything to complain about and I warmly recommend Koimala hotel.

An oasis in Maamigili, from the moment we arrived until the moment we left we were made to feel like a VIP guests. The experience was wonderful. Rai Bob and Rafi ensure you want for nothing during your stay at Villa residences We were greeted at the ferry terminal and taken to our accommodation where we received a welcome drink and cold towels to freshen up with.. Rai introduced the island to us, explained the different excursions that they could offer and arrange for us and send us a great deal of information via WhatsApp so that we could read and digest at our leisure. The reception area and the courtyard which really double as the dining area and social area is immaculate. Well maintained in terms of the foliage, we understand that there was a lot of mosquitoes last year and having spoken to returning guests we know that the number is now significantly reduced. What was nice though is the fact that there is anti-mosquito spray on all tables and provided in all rooms, an indication that they’re thinking about the guests and their needs. The mosquitoes were not a problem during our stay. After a welcome we were shown to our room which was nicely chilled. Thanks to the very efficient air conditioning unit. The bed was decorated with petals, which was a lovely touch. The room was spacious well fitted out clean and smelt fresh. The room has a really comfortable double, with white cotton sheets and, always a bonus, two pillows per person! Our room had a ‘ welcome’ fruit bowl, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities fresh and bottled chilled water was provided each day. The room was serviced to a high standard every daily. We enjoyed watching the television in our room as well as listening to the music on the television in reception area and the reels of marine life that were sometimes playing, very relaxing. After we checked in, we were taken on a complimentary island tour which helped us to orientate ourselves to the island.

Great and dedicated staff, very good food, very clean, calm and perfect location for diving and snorkelling. Whalesharks and mantas almost guaranteed.

Kiki the owner could not have been more amazing. Right when I got there, he picked me up, got me a coconut and said welcome to the island, you are a local now - anything you need, I will help you. He took me to his grandmothers house for dinner two different times. I got to attend a big family gathering of there and he helped me with my scuba arrangements and my jet boat transportation. An absolutely amazing human and a great place to stay.

I have been traveling together with my girlfriend to the Maldives and we really didn't know how it's going to be on a local island. Shahid (host) is a person that sets value on good communication beforehand as well as on the trip itself. Before we came there, we chatted via WhatsApp about everything important (flights, diving license, prices etc.). That helped a lot because we felt informed all the way through. I wanted to dive, but my girlfriend cannot. So, she could stay on the boat, could do some snorkeling while I was diving. Shahid managed everything and paid much attention on us feeling good. We could ask him anything at any time. The stay at La Cabana was way better than expected because of the very personal contact to the super-friendly staff. All in all, the staff works in a very professional way, is reliable, open-minded, funny and makes you think of cancelling your flight back. :) We definitely would recommend staying at La Cabana. If you are looking for a family-like guesthouse offering many awesome diving and snorkeling trips, you should book here.

Highly recommend this guesthouse if you like the tranquility of a small local island and not many tourists around, it's owner Haris and his team are really nice and they will make you feel at home, we had a nice time.

The guest house is beautiful, everything looks new and clean. Our host Ahmed was super friendly and made our stay more pleasant. Breakfast is served in the restaurant nearby, in the afternoon there is possibility to try maldivian fried snacks. :)

Amazing property on an amazing island. We loved everything there and wished we would have stayed longer. The staff was really friendly and flexible. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The outdoor shower was really cool, the bed huge, the AC good, strong Wifi and there even was netflix on the TV. The front terrace was amazing to relax, and all we needed was provided. The location was good and next to the port and with the bike you can go anywhere on the island. The local Maldivian breakfast and its vegan version were yummy. It's definitely a place we will recommend and would like to stay at again.

Brand new boutique hotel with fully equipped rooms, fast wifi, very comfortable bed. Received a quick check-in, a welcome drink and a very clean room. The room is always cool thanks to the air conditioner and ceiling fan. Spacious bathroom with cozy rain shower, partially open roof, view of the sky. The foot shower in front of the entrance is very useful. The tap water is not drinkable, but you get 1.5 liters of water every day and another half liter for breakfast. Breakfast is either Maldivian or continental (sandwich), with fresh fruit, fruit juice, coffee or tea. You can have lunch and dinner locally at a very good price. The food is simple but delicious and the chef prepares it fresh very quickly. I had the best whole grilled fish here on the island. The fish always comes from the local fresh catch, so you have to order in advance. It was pleasant to eat every day in the hotel's restaurant with a view of the small but beautiful garden with rich tropical vegetation. Several smaller, similar hotels are being built nearby, but this is not disturbing at all. The host also provided an umbrella, which fortunately was not needed. The hosts were very kind, they tried to solve all requests immediately. Communication via whatsapp was fast. Special thanks to Mwah, who arranged the speed boat transfer, he also organized the excursions and took me on private trips. I can thank him that I managed to see whale sharks, manta rays and turtles. He also loaned snorkelling equipment, showed us the best snorkelling spots around the island and provided us with lots of useful information. On the trips, he always made videos with a GoPro, which he was very happy to share with me and copy to my phone. I spent an unforgettable two weeks here thanks to him!

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and spacious. Unwind is right next to the bikini beach, so you don’t need to walk far to enjoy the turquoise water. The staff was very kind and helpful trough our stay. Special thanks to Nilanka for making us feel like home. We highly recommend visiting Dhigurah and Unwind hotel.
