Beautiful, peaceful, idyllic location right by the water at Queen Charlotte Sound. We enjoyed walking the last leg of the famous Queen Charlotte track, which was a wonderful, relatively easy track offering superb views. Jumped off the jetty for a swim in the sound and within 2 mins having a hot shower at the apartment. Tanya and Shayne could not have made us more welcome. They clearly enjoy sharing their piece of paradise, and their enthusiasm is addictive. Very comfortable bed, great shower, well equipped kitchen, peaceful sleep. Don't hesitate to book and stay as long as you possibly can. You won't regret it! We've stayed in some gorgeous places in the South Island and this one was our favourite. It was a very quirky and we loved everything about it. Great to use the spa in a picture prefect place. Good tea, coffee, hot chocolate, oreo cookies and special blend coffee's was outstanding also cold waters in fridge and 1 litre of Real milk! Cozy bathrobes to use and large spa towels. Shower was great and an out of this world incinderating toilet! Styled nicely and was cozy and inviting. Definitely recommend.
