This accommodation was a great stay for me in Auckland, and just excellent value for money! For less than the price of a hotel room, I had a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/dining area and outdoors area all to myself, and all very private and peaceful. The host was super-helpful, and responded to any queries I had really quickly. It is located in a very local, authentic part of Auckland, only a short walk away from the metro station and bus stops, along with shops, eateries and a great local supermarket. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, and the accommodation had all I needed for a very comfortable self-catered stay in Auckland - thank you!

Love everything in this place 100% clean have all what we need. The bed was so comfy so nice and soft the couch feels like you're watching tv in your own living room the kitchen so clean easy to cook there. This place feels like home so beautiful and quiet. There was no breakfast in the booking I had made so this is a not applicable answer. However, there was full kitchen facilities in a excellent set up of utensils, saucepans, microwave and stove.

We arrived late, checking was a breeze. Instructions were clear and easy to follow for access to the property. Clean and tidy, the snacks on offer were perfect for a late night treat and the herbal tea was god send as I was struggling with an upset stomach. Close to the airport. Overall for a short stay it was perfect and I'd stay again.

Such an awesome Boutique Hotel! Well exceeded our expectations! Erica was amazing and so helpful! Wish we were staying more than one night. We will be back. We had a front room closer to the road and it was amazing how quiet it was being in the middle of the city. The cute little deck area out the back with birds singing was especially nice. You won't be disappointed!

The apartment was perfect. The bed was so comfortable and the bedding was clearly high quality, so we had a great nights sleep. The cooking facilitates are more expensive than the pictures shown & breakfast was great, our host supplied yogurt, cereals, fruit, bread & butter, tea coffee and hot chocolate. The host gave us some useful information about the area and where to go, places to eat and visit. She was lovely. We have traveled all over NZ and stayed in lots of types of accommodation, this was a bargain and we have no hesitation in recommending it.
