Berni and Janice were very welcoming. Catered to all our needs, helped with taxi to port and motorbike hire. Our accommodation was great, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The swimming pool was a total blessing, and we used it every day... Laundry was also available.. Berni, janice and all their staff were very kind and helpful. We can not recommend their place enough.

This place is magic! The room is big, as well as the bathroom and the bed was super comfy. The garden is gorgeous with ocean view and all the furniture! The staff was all so friendly and helpful, they helped us to book the waterfall experience that was absolutely incredible! Everything was perfect!

The setting of the accommodation was really well laid out and beautifully designed. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The property is absolutely beautiful. In a quiet location but just off the main street. Our host Rowena was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. She even helped us arrange a taxi to Cebu City. We loved Palmera Palma and we will be back to stay again.

This hostel is a gem. Beyond being comfortable and authentic, what really makes it special is the people. Joseph and his mother are wonderful—they make you feel like part of the family from the moment you arrive. They’re always there to help with anything you need, and the way they take care of you is truly genuine. The location is also perfect: just a 7-minute scooter ride from the center of town and 6 minutes from the restaurants and port, but far enough away to enjoy incredible peace and quiet. And the breakfast… delicious! They make it themselves, and the iced tea is on another level. In short, a cozy place in an ideal location, with a family that makes you feel at home. I’d go back without a second thought!
