From opening the gate we were greeted with smiles and open arms. It’s a family run place and everyone helps out. This is an amazing location for a family. They have large indoor and outdoor areas all of which are clean, new and very well maintained. They have facilities to wash clothes, reliable hot showers and a big area for parking. We had a car and trailer and it was no problem. Nothing was ever a problem. We would 100% recommend the Taaj Residence!

What a man he is Mr. Saqlain Sb owning a hotel named "Stay is Skardu". His cooperation & facilities are exceptional since picking from the airport till your departure/check out from the hotel, transport services are also available within a reasonable prices. I strongly recommend the visitors to contact Mr saqlain to avail the best/reasonable service in skardu.

The hotel has so clean room and private bathroom. Also it is located on the center of Skardu and could feel a daily life of Skardu people. More over the manager, named Arslan, was really kind and can fanatically speak English well. Although I visited Skardu for the first time, I could enjoy historical places without any problem. I recommend this hotel!!!! Also, if I visit the city again, I will select this hotel again!!!

Writing a review is not something I normally do but but my last stay, I feel, deserves a few lines at the very least. During the past 5 years I have travelled frequently to many different parts of the world and have experienced a whole range of accommodation types which include luxury hotels and guest houses. I can say with all sincerity that I do not recall a more peaceful and comfortable stay to the one I experienced at HIKK Inn Guest house. The atmosphere was welcoming, warm and relaxed and I only wish I had been able to stay longer. The family who managed the property was very friendly and greeted me each morning with a warm smile. I would recommend this guest house without hesitation.

It was in the centre of Skardu, but not on a noisy main street. The facility consists of two buildings on either side of a relaxing, lush green garden. After your day trip, it's a great idea to sit in the garden, relax, have some tea or coffee, and chat. If you let them know in advance, you can also have dinner here. The meals are definitely sufficient amount and taste like home cooking. Besides of that we have picked and taste fresh cherries from the tree which is at the garden.

I want to thank Danish for being a very kind and excellent host. With the price I paid, the servcies were exceptional, specially the fresh breakfast. It is located not far from the center and within local villages.
