Amazing guesthouse, perfect for our 4 night stay. Room was great, comfortable bed, great air conditioning. Roof top pool was great! Perfect location and easy access, so close to beach and old town. Everything walking distance. Paulo was very accommodating and kind, helpful with many recommendations and even provided us with a guide for all things in Albufeira - even had beach umbrellas for us to borrow during our stay which was a bonus! All around amazing stay & would recommend Casa Amarela highly, 10/10!

This place has exceeded my expectation. Very good atmosphere and facilities, including a free parking. Spacious and cozy room. Got a shared kitchen with everything you need in it. Staff is very nice and helpful. There are two supermarkets nearby and we went to San Rafael beach and it was very nice. Love it very much and it’s the best accommodation in my trip so far. Thank you very much and if I go to Albufeira again, I will book this place again.

On check-in I met the man who owns the property, “Thomas”. Really nice person and humble. Check-out was done by “Gisela” very kind and charming. Welcoming and authentic guest house more than 300 years old with personal touch. Very clean and quiet. Easy check-in and out process. I booked a dorm first then upgraded to a private double room, got a discount on that as well. Comfortable bed and nice decorations. Had a pleasant experience and would like to come back.

I liked everything. The location is perfect! Very central and close to the beach, still far enough from the night noise and mess of the old town. My room had a dream view of the ocean and a cozy balcony (just make sure you have a mosquito spray if you sit at night on the balcony ;) )+ air conditioning. I slept like a baby. Tom, the host, is super friendly and kind. He is very attentive of all your needs. He makes you find some water and coffee at your arrival and he is always there for a lovely chat or if you need something. I’m gonna miss this place so much <3
