The room was huge, really clean and very comfortable. Having a kitchen available was a bonus. Communication was brilliant, Helen was very attentive and made sure everything was spot on. Can't fault SK Lisboa Villa. The location was great for the airport too.

I absolutely loved the hotel. The room was amazing and the breakfast was better than expected. The staff was super helpful and nice. When I checked in, the person who was on duty escorted me to my room so I would have all the information. First time this has happened. The location was excellent, close to very nice restaurants and shops, everything in walking distance. The breakfast was simply the best I've had and the breakfast room was like a palace. Just loved it. The spa is nice and the message was good :)

The staff were all welcoming and friendly and they spoke many languages between them. They had great tips for things to do. The breakfast buffet was great, with freshly made eggs to order. The left overs then get left out for afternoon tea and coffee and tea are always available. Comfortable room and the hotel is in a great location.
