We loved the pool and the amazing view from the garden. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and bars within a ten minute walk and of course the popular Cristo Rei statue.

Wonderful house. The house is on the smaller side, but you can find everything you need. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed, airconditioning etc. Also there are two terraces that are enable you to relax and bask in the Madeiran sunshine. The accomodation is very clean and is well stocked with shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea and fruit. There’s no inside kitchen, but outside there is a barbecue and a dishwashing station. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We were also surprised by Nelson as he gifted us fresh fruit like bananas and Madeiran custard apples. The house is situated in a nice, hilly neighborhood of Funchal. It’s about a 2km ride from the nearest main road exit or reachable by bus. It’s about a 10 minute drive into the city center and also about a 10 minute drive to be in the middle of the nature. Highly recommend to stay here whilst being on Madeira.

The view from the balcony was absolutely incredible - we were able to watch the sunrise on clear days! The hotel staff were very welcoming and kind, and the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was included, which was filling and fresh, consisting of bread, pastries, jams, ham, cheese, cereal and eggs. The coffee each morning was amazing!! Location is fantastic, with the beach and restaurants only being a 5 minute walk.

In the Santa Luzia district of Funchal, close to Almirante Reis Beach, A ver o mar rooms- Funchal city center has a shared lounge and a washing machine.

I think this apartment looks even better than in the photos. It's very spacious and has a huge terrace. The people staying in the other rooms were very polite and friendly.

Amazing property in top location, literally 1 minute from Mercado dos Lavradores and steps away from the main pedestrian shopping zone. A bus to Monte park stops in front of the main entrance to the building. Very clean, spotless with all the facilities you might think of - dishwasher, iron and board, a few different coffee machines, juice maker, hairdryer, you name it… the whole apartment building looks new and pays a tribute to a former textile factory or something that was once there. Plenty of stylish details on this topic everywhere. The apartment itself is very modern and pleasant to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Look no more.

Very good location, no need for a bus or car to reach city center. I'm happy i found a seperate room in this hostel, as i like privacy and my own space :) The lady who met me surprised me with her good energy at her age and english knowledge :)
