The staff was absolutely great. Saul, Dayana and Camila made the difference. They are very kind, and very oriented to solve problems. Location is great and the rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast was also very good with vegan/gluten free options if needed.

The staff were the highlight of Bica FLH. In addition to their warm welcome and general helpfulness and charm, they gave outstanding recommendations for dinner spots and even made reservations. They allowed us to leave extra baggage in their storage area while we were on our bike ride. The breakfast was nice and additionally, teas, coffee, and snacks are available 24hrs a day. The rooms were comfortable. Some rooms are louder than others due to street noise (mostly late night people) but earplugs are provided.

Located in the heart of Lisbon, Tesouro da Baixa by Shiadu offers accommodations just steps from Rossio and its metro station. It features a bar and free WiFi is provided throughout the property.

the place is simply amazing, the staff are super friendly and helpful, location is really good , they also provide good breakfast options and tea and coffee machine that works till night and great wifi connection. they even helped me in giving me a map and advising with the nearest transportation, where to ride and what are the bus numbers to use, they also gave me recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to go to. thanks for your great hospitality.

Great location; quiet and secure! The A/C was obviously a bonus during the heat wave of up to 37degrees and the other facilities available in the suite (bathroom etc.) were sublime. The breakfast is fantastic and there are also places to hang clothes to dry if you need in the small courtyard that connects most rooms. It’s a really lovely spot to hang, read, journal, or chat with staff. There are two small shops on the street so you can buy water, snacks, an extra coffee if you need and chat with the neighbors. It is a 5min walk from a great lookout spot that was perfect to watch the sunsets with an apéro. Close to most public transport locations as well. The staff here are super helpful and kind - they are open to questions about any sightseeing trips or excisions if needed. This company has other locations nearby as well, but this one was wonderful! 10/10 would recommend
