Clean, everything was new, they are providing enough amount if towels, the breakfast was big, tasty, a lot if variety, the staff was friendly and gave us suggestions on where to go, the kitchen well equipped and clean, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on, they clean your room as many times you ask for.

The location was really good easy to go every where and just a short walk to some restaurants and the Botanical gardens and Campo de São Francisco is nearby. We loved the use of antiques and family heirlooms throughout the hotel it really give a feeling of home. João and his team where welcoming and very helpful though out our stay.
