Guest house has very nice location at the waterfront, in the city and there are a lot of restaurants, supermarket, bus station is not far. Staff was very nice. We got upgrade to river front facing double room. Guest house is in nicely reconstructed old building with high ceelings.

It’s a perfect alternative to a hostel. Same price but with your private space and bathroom. My room was big and with all the essentials. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was working perfectly. When I arrived the room and the bathroom were clean as well as the towels and the bed sheets (there is no daily cleaning but for me is not a problem). Soap, shower gel and shampoo were also provided, that is a huge plus. The two windows gave on the main street and on one side it was possible to see the water from the Ribeirinha area in the morning. Perfectly central location and very friendly and kind staff. They are always there for whatever you need. The kitchen is very big and well furnished: 2 kitchen stoves, 2 sinks, 3 fridges, many tables to sit. I spent a week here and I could have stayed even longer.

loved the location and the fact the property had private off street parking. The room comfort was excellent, the shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. there was a mini fridge and a kettle in the room which was a great addition and quite unusual for Portugal. Staff were very obliging and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. excellent breakfast was supplied each morning.

As a world traveler and experienced hotels and resorts in the world, I find this place very unique. Foz club is located in a nice and secluded area, with both beautiful garden and ocean surroundings. Super spacious and clean room with comfortable bed. The breakfast was just delious and served to the room. Truly my favorite stay in Alvor.

all was just perfect. the room was very stylish and beautiful with a small space outside. we could enjoy the silence and a perfect climate of this place. also a nature landmark is very close, I mean, ponta da piedade is within 15 min walk. I would highly recommend this place. and breakfast is an extra bonus, different each day and absolutely delicious. the hosts very helpful. amazing!!!!!
